ITAHARI- Church Boys United has entered the semi-finals of the Itahari Gold Cup held in Itahari.
Church Boys reached the semi-finals after defeating New Road Team (NRT) 2-1 in the match that ended at Itahari Stadium on Tuesday night
Abayomi Fakunle and Suraj Thakuri of Church Boys scored one goal each while Afiz Olawale of NRT scored one goal.
Church Boys‘ Suraj Thakuri was declared Man of the Match in the Gold Cup match organized by the National Jagriti Club on Tuesday .
He received Rs 10,000 in cash and a trophy. Today there will be a competition between Tribhuvan Army and Everest Football Club.
