KATHMANDU- The Nepali police have arrested 28-year-old Prashant Parangdeva Limbu with a pistol from the Taplejung district as part of the campaign to control violence and illegal weapons in the Kathmandu Valley conducted by the District Police Office, Kathmandu.
According to the spokesperson of the area, Deputy Superintendent of Police Navaraj Adhikari, Limbu was arrested on allegations of involvement in recent acts of violence and creating fear and terror in society by carrying out criminal activities in the Kapn area. The police recovered from Limbu one pistol with ammunition, two sharp knives, one hammer, two mobile phones, and one iPhone.
The spokesperson further informed that a necessary investigation is underway with the arrested Limbu
