KATHMANDU- Rajesh Payal Rai, the singer, was arrested on allegations of engaging in riotous behavior subsequent to consuming alcohol last night.
According to AIG Deepak Thapa of Kathmandu Valley Police Office, three individuals, including Rajesh Payal Rai, were apprehended outside Madan Bhandari College and confined at Police Circle, New Baneshwar.
Throughout the Kathmandu valley, law enforcement detained 172 individuals last night. The majority of them have since been discharged to their families.
Currently, the police are coordinating the transfer of Rajesh Payal Rai to his family members.
