Gold price reached 136,800 per tola

Kathmandu, Nepal– Once again, gold prices have surged to unprecedented heights, hitting a new milestone of Rs 136,800 per tola on Wednesday.

This increase of Rs 500 per tola adds to the already significant spike observed in recent weeks, underscoring the ongoing volatility in the precious metals market.

As reported by the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of fine gold now stands at Rs 136,800 per tola, while standard gold is being traded at Rs 136,150 per tola. In contrast, the price of silver has remained relatively stable, maintaining its position at Rs 1,700 per tola.

It’s worth noting that a tola is equivalent to 11.66 grams.
