Dhankuta, Nepal- Two children tragically lost their lives by drowning in poultry farm litter in Dhankuta. Superintendent of Police (SP) Shyam Singh Chaudhary, Chief of District Police Office, Dhankuta, confirmed the incident.
The victims, identified as 11-year-old Manish Khatiwada and 16-year-old Dipesh Khatiwada, both from Dhankuta Municipality, lost their lives in the swamp created by a poultry farm in Patle, Dhankuta Municipality-10, on Saturday.
Sadly, they succumbed to the accident on the spot. Further details about the incident are awaited.
