In this session, Minister of Energy, Water Resources, and Irrigation, Shakti Bahadur Basnet, will initiate a general discussion on the agreement concerning the establishment of the International Solar Alliance (ISA).
Minister of Agriculture and Livestock Development, Jwala Kumari Sah, will present a proposal for deliberating the Food Hygiene and Quality Bill, 2078, along with the report of the Agriculture, Cooperative, and Natural Resources Committee. Additionally, a proposal for the passage of the Food Hygiene and Quality Bill, 2080, will be introduced.
Furthermore, discussions will revolve around the principles and priorities of the Appropriation Bill for the fiscal year 2081-2082.
Finance Minister, Barshman Pun, will address queries raised by lawmakers during the ongoing discussions.
