KATHMANDU, NEPAL- The police have seized 15 kilograms of illegal drugs from Tribhuvan International Airport. The drugs, which were being taken abroad, were seized on Tuesday and have now been made public.
The Central Police spokesperson, Bhim Prasad Dhakal, provided information that the substance was seized on Tuesday and handed over for further necessary investigation to the Nepal Police’s Narcotics Control Bureau, located in Koteshwor, through cargo checks conducted by the police using an X-ray machine at the airport customs office.
