Pokhara- Two individuals from Pokhara have been arrested on charges of stealing government documents. The Pokhara Police arrested them from the building of Sahari Swasthya Kendra located in New Bazaar, Ward No. 8 of Pokhara, where they were accused of stealing government documents.
The arrested individuals in Pokhara-9 are 28-year-old Suveer Thapa Magar and 29-year-old Saroj Thapa Magar. They were caught for stealing documents on the night of Chait 12 last year. The investigation revealed that they stole records of house mapping from the basement of the building. Along with them, 39 documents were also seized.
Both individuals have been given an additional five days of investigation by the Kaski District Court for their involvement in the theft. Superintendent of Police Rajendra Shrestha, Chief of Police, informed about the ongoing investigation.
