BARA, NEPAL– In the voting, Adhyananda Pandey secured victory over his opponent and was elected as the chairman of the Bara District Committee of the CPN (UML). Pandey garnered 377 votes, while his rival Tina Subedi received 343 votes in the election conducted on Saturday, as confirmed by Chief Election Officer Mohammad Rafique Miya.
Miya further announced that Bhulan Chaudhary clinched the position of vice-chairman, Amrit Sharma Bajgain was appointed as the secretary, and Jabahir Ansari was selected as the joint secretary. Additionally, Bhawana Acharya was elected as the joint secretary in the women’s category.
