Today, the Nepali market witnessed a surge in gold prices, with an increase of Rs 1,500 per tola. As per the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the rate for fine gold now stands at Rs 125,000 per tola, while standard gold is being traded at Rs 124,400 per tola.
A day ago, on Wednesday, the precious yellow metal was valued at Rs 123,500 per tola, and standard gold was priced at Rs 122,900 per tola. Additionally, the current rate for silver has been set at Rs 1,470 per tola.
The Federation routinely adjusts gold and silver prices in the domestic market, aligning them with the daily fluctuations observed in the international market rates.
