Kali Kham Magar taken to Chitwan

CHITWAN- The former division commander of the erstwhile Maoist People’s Army, 3rd Division stationed in Shaktikhor, Kali Kham magar, has been transported to Chitwan. Khammagar, a 50-year-old resident of Uttarganga Rural Municipality-6 in Rukum, was apprehended from Thamel in Kathmandu on Tuesday.

According to Nawaraj Adhikari, the spokesperson for the District Police Range Kathmandu and Superintendent of Police, Khammagar has been transferred to the District Police Office Chitwan for further investigation regarding allegations of abduction and murder. Khammagar stands accused of the kidnapping and killing of Ramhari Shrestha from Koteshwar, Kathmandu.

The complaint, filed by Ramhari Shrestha’s widow, Ramila Shrestha, at the District Police Office Chitwan, implicates Khammagar as one of the individuals involved in the murder, which occurred in 2065 BS.
