President Paudel visits Sapantirtha Temple Today

President Ramchandra Paudel, accompanied by his spouse Sabita Paudel, performed rituals and offered prayers at the revered Sapantirtha temple in Tokha Municipality this morning.

Welcoming President Paudel were Member of Parliament Pradeep Paudel, Mayor of Tokha Municipality Prakash Adhikari, and Sapantirtha Area Development Committee Chair Devraj Dangol, among other dignitaries.

Simultaneously, the annual Sapantirtha bathing fair commenced today, drawing devotees from various parts of the country, including the Kathmandu Valley, who seek to participate in the ceremonial bathing.

It is believed that bathing in the sacred waters of Sapantirtha can alleviate various skin-related ailments.

Concurrently with the fair, the Biska Nakh (Jatra) festival has also begun in Sapantirtha, as confirmed by Newa Guthi Tokha President Ramesh Napit.

The Jatra is scheduled to continue until April 16, providing devotees with a spiritually enriching experience.
