Three Nepali individuals tragically lost their lives in a traffic accident in Kuwait. The incident occurred in the Mahabulla area of Kuwait on Tuesday, where the Nepali nationals, employed by a company, were involved in a collision. The Nepali Embassy in Kuwait confirmed the incident, explaining that the fatal accident happened as a speeding vehicle struck them while they were crossing the road.
The deceased have been identified as Surat Bahadur Kathayat from Achham, Sujan Karki from Kathmandu, and Dhiraj Gurmachan Magar from Dhanusha. They were all colleagues working for the same company in Kuwait. Following the accident, the driver of the car involved has been apprehended, and the bodies have been transferred to a hospital for post-mortem examination.
Efforts are underway to repatriate the bodies to Nepal and to assist with the necessary insurance procedures for the deceased.
